Get complete protection for your Windows PC with ESET Smart Security - Incorporating NOD32 Antivirus and ESET Personal Firewall. Tutorial 4 - Changing an incorrectly configured program (updated for version 4)

When using Eset Smart Security in interactive filtering mode, it's up to you which programs can and cannot connect to the Internet. This allows for much more flexibility and we recommend that most users enable this mode and get used to working with the infrequent firewall alerts. What happens if you accidentally block a program and then later realise you actually wanted it to connect? No need to panic, our video tutorial will show you what to do.

Please allow for a short delay while the video loads. When loading is complete, press the play button to start the video.

Additional Notes

When dealing with firewall alerts, we always recommend you err on the side of caution. It's much better to accidentally block a legitimate application than accidentally allow a malicious one.
