Installing the Flash plug-in for Internet Explorer

If, when you reach a page with a video tutorial, you see this bar appear at the top of your Internet Explorer window:-

This means that the Flash plug-in is not installed. To install it, click on the message and choose "Install This Add-on for All Users on This Computer", as shown in the picture below.

Windows Vista and Windows 7 users may need to enter their administrators password and/or click on "Yes", if prompted by Windows User Account Control. The following window will then appear:-

Tick/check the box that is labelled "I have read and agree to the terms of the Flash Player License Agreement" and click on "Install". There will be a short pause while files are copied and configured. When the process is complete, the following window will be displayed:-

Click on "DONE" and the installer will close. The page should automatically refresh once the installation is complete. If it does not, you may need to manually refresh the page or restart Internet Explorer before you can view video content.
