Frustrated by your screen saver interrupting you while watching our videos? Help is at hand

We want you to enjoy watching our tutorials on Top-Windows-Tutorials.com but on some systems that is just not possible because of the screen saver settings. If you find your screen saver is getting in your way when watching the videos, here is how to disable it.

Firstly, right click anywhere in an empty space on your desktop. You should see a menu appear like the one below:



From the menu that appears, select "Properties". The Display Properties window will now appear.



Click on the "Screen Saver" tab, it is circled in red in the picture above.



In the drop down box labelled "Screen saver", select "(None)" as shown in the picture above.



If you did the above step correctly, the window should now look like this. Press OK to disable the screen saver. You can now watch our videos without being interrupted!

If at a later date you wish to re-enable your screen saver, simply follow this tutorial again, choosing one of the screen savers from the list shown in the drop down box.
