Use the Vista CD writing facilities to backup your important files and folders

For smaller backup jobs, or if you simply need to transport your data, the Vista CD writing facilities can make copies of data on your PC easily and cost effectively. In this tutorial, we demonstrate how to add and remove files and folders to a DVD Rewritable disk.

Additional notes

Can't find your DVD-R/CD-R drive on the "Send To" menu? Try opening "Computer" and clicking on your DVD-R drive there. Windows will prompt you to insert a disk. Cancel this window and then try the "Send To" menu again, your DVD-R drive should now be displayed.
