Learn how to download new files to your computer using Microsoft Internet Explorer 9If you want to try out new software and complete several of our tutorials, you will need to learn how to download files from the internet. Fortunately, it's very easy to do this. The video below will show you step by step how you can download a file from our site, and the technique is the same for most sites on the internet. Microsoft have improved the download management in Internet Explorer 9 and as a result the download process is a little different to previous versions, but still very easy. Additional notes You can access the download manager any time you are using Internet Explorer 9 by pressing the Control (Ctrl) and J keys together on the keyboard. Remember that when you open an executable file from the internet, you are allowing that file to make changes to your PC. Always run an anti-virus program and never open files from sites you do not trust.
