Learn how to use InfraRecorder, free CD burning software for your PC, for all your CD and DVD burning needs - Tutorial 1 - Installation

InfraRecorder is an excellent free CD and DVD burning package for Windows PC's. In this tutorial we'll show you how to install the software to your computer. Installation is really easy, but just in case you need a helping hand, we have prepared this tutorial.

Before you can begin, you'll need to download the latest version of the software. You can obtain the latest version by visiting the InfraRecorder download page. Save the download to your desktop, or somewhere where you can easily access it. When the download is complete, double click on the file, or choose open from your browsers download manager to start the installation process. The following window will then be displayed:-

Choose your preferred language (English is selected by default) and click "OK". The following window will then appear:-

Click "Next >" to move to the window shown below:-

Scroll down to read the license agreement and if you agree, click on "I Agree". The following window will then appear:-

Choose which components to install (or if you are unsure, just leave all options selected) then click "Next >" to move on to the next window as shown below:-

Here you can choose where to install the software on your PC. The default location is fine for most users, so simply click on "Install". There will be a short pause while files are copied, then the following window will appear:-

Installation is now completed, you can click "Close" and start to use the software.
