In this tutorial, we take you through the process of adding identities to Roboform. All data you add into Roboform is automatically encrypted and stored securely on your computer. You can add as much or as little personal information as you like. We recommend you add any information that you may need to transmit across the internet.

Additional notes

How safe is Roboform? Can my master password be recovered? Roboform has been designed to provide the highest level of security for your passwords. If you forget your master password then unfortunately any data you have stored with Roboform is lost! For security reasons, there are no back doors or password recovery routines in the software.

However, we still recommend that you never write down your master password. If somebody else discovers this password (and has access to your computer) they will be able to access all your personal information and log on to all the websites you use.
