Chat with friends and family for free with Skype. Tutorial 3 - Skype audio settings and making your first internet phone call


In this video tutorial, we'll take you through setting up Skype to work with your headset. Skype supports most popular types of headset, including USB and Bluetooth headsets. If you are buying a headset to use for VOIP, look for one that is branded as being Skype compatible.

Skype is so popular that you can even buy dedicated Skype telephones! Certain models of Skype telephone will plug directly into your broadband connection and can connect to the Skype network on their own, even if your PC is turned off.
