Get transparency and Windows Aero effects in Windows XP and Windows Vista with TrueTransparency - Tutorial 2 - New skins and excluding applications

In this tutorial, we round off our tour of TrueTransparency / True Transparency by downloading and applying a new skin and adding an application to the list of excluded applications.
