Additional notes

Remember the rules for dragging and dropping - When you drag and drop files between Windows Explorer windows, remember this basic rule. If you are dragging files or folders to another folder on the same drive, the files are moved, if you are dragging files or folders to a different drive or storage device, the files are copied.

What is a USB stick/thumb drive? - USB stick drives (also known as thumb drives or pen drives) are portable storage devices which can be attached to the common USB connectors on most modern computers. They are very useful for transporting files to and from work, school or college, for example. For more information, check out the Wikipedia article on portable USB stick drives.
