Manage Windows 7 updates and adjust your automatic update options by following this quick tutorial

Managing Windows 7 updates is very easy and is done in an almost identical fashion to how it was done in Windows Vista. Below is a simple step-by-step tutorial which will show you exactly how you can access the automatic update options.

Firstly, open the Start Menu and choose "Control Panel":-

From the options that are now displayed, click on "System and Security":-

From the options you now see, click on "Turn automatic updating on or off" which is under the "Windows Update" heading :-

Once you click this option, you will see the automatic update options for Windows 7, as shown on the previous page. There are several new options available for Windows 7 users which we discuss in the main article.
