In this video, we'll show you how to configure the audio and video settings in Live Messenger. Once you have done this, you will be able to start a voice chat (VOIP) or video chat conversation easily. Please allow for a short delay while the video loads. When loading is complete, press the play button to start playback. 
Additional notes
If your speakers/headphones are correctly configured you should be able to hear a sound when you click "Test". In the video, you cannot hear the sound because it is played in the narrators headphones!
