Additional Hints for Beginners

'Minimise' and 'Maximise' your productivity! - Many users who are new to Microsoft Windows (and indeed other modern operating systems) tend to close a window once they are no longer using it. Then, a few moments later, they have to load the program up again. Using the minimise to taskbar feature shown in this video allows you switch between applications much more quickly than having to load them again. Avoid the temptation to have a great many programs open at once though, as this can start to slow your computer down.
