Additional hints for beginners

Use Startup Sparingly Try to avoid the temptation to put lots of programs into the Startup folder. Even if your PC is top of the line, running lots of programs will start to slow it down. Putting lots of programs into the Startup folder can also dramatically increase the time it takes for Windows to start up.
