Learn how to customize your Windows XP Wallpaper with any picture you like. Our simple video tutorial makes changing the desktop background easy

Changing the Windows XP wallpaper / background image is one of the easiest and most fun customizations you can do on your Windows PC. You can use any picture from anywhere on the web or from your own personal collection. In this video tutorial, we'll show you step by step how to change the Windows XP background to any image you like.

Additional Notes

If a website offers you a range of desktop backgrounds in a variety of screen resolutions, you should choose the one that is closest to your own display resolution. You can find this out by selecting 'Settings' from the 'Display Properties' window (the window we accessed by right clicking on the desktop in the video).
