Troubleshoot network connectivity problems and perform a Winsock reset in Windows XP with this video tutorial

If you cannot connect to the internet, or your own home network on your Windows XP machine, then before you call technical support, you should try the steps outlined in this video. These troubleshooting steps are not suitable for solving slow internet connections, but they can help restore internet connectivity, especially after the removal of malware or internet security software.
