Acronis True Image 2012 tutorial 3 – Restoring files or disks from a backup
Acronis True Image is a very flexible backup program. When you take a full disk backup with the program you can restore your computer in the event of a complete system failure, or you can recover individual files and folders. In this video we’ll show you both techniques.

Additional notes
It is also possible to ‘mount’ a backup file and access it as if it were a physical drive attached to your computer. This can be useful if you want to search through the contents of a backup image. To mount an image, select the Tools & Utilities tab and then choose “Image mounting”.
