Additional notes

Running a manual virus scan can be a useful tool in the fight against malware. Many computer repair companies use these tools as a first course of action when a customer has a computer which is running slowly, or has other operating system related problems. Although Bitdefender will catch infected files in real time, it is still a good idea to do a manual scan from time to time, new virus threats appear all the time and it’s possible that a rogue file could sneak onto your system before Bitdefender even knew about it.
