What are Social privileges?
Social privileges in Diigo refers to the ability to create sticky notes on web pages that all users can see. By default, sticky notes are created as private and can only be seen by you when you sign into your Diigo account. Originally all users could create public sticky notes, but predictably spammers took advantage of this, so the feature was restricted to paying customers only.
