Hi Buzzy and welcome! Currently our forum is extremely quiet so I should be able to give you some 1 on 1 coaching with any issues you have. I try to check in here at least once a day normally, so post away and I’ll do my best to help!August 28, 2012 at 6:25 pm #8022

Your Flash player is probably out of date. Flash player is a add-on component that browsers use for multimedia content. Make sure you are running the very latest version of Google Chrome, or try a different browser.
If you need any further help please start a new thread in the Windows Help forum.August 30, 2012 at 7:08 am #8024

No, Flash Player is a software component/add on used by your web browser. It should be built into Google Chrome. Can you open a new thread (start a new topic) in the Windows Help forum and post the details again? This sub-forum is just meant for introductions, thanks.October 2, 2012 at 4:36 pm #8028
