    Hi All,
I have been running Win 7 Pro 64 bit for a couple years I guess, and it has ALWAYS demonstrated this behavior, but it just occurred to me to ask about it here. I get the “blue circle of delay” fairly often. Certain things seem to make it occur pretty regularly, such as right clicking an object or item (say to copy, or create a shortcut, etc.). In one particular program (FBackup4) whenever I start Notepad to view logs from within the program, I generally get the blue circle (starting Notepad directly does not do this). I also occassionaly (maybe once a day) get the ever-popular 😆 your program is not responding message. Probably about 2/3’s of the time the program eventually does it’s thing and is OK.

    Any comments? Thanx, 😀

    Mike

    Hi Mikey

How much memory have you got in your machine? Have you tried removing any unnecessary start-up applications?
