    I copied several document files from my previous computer to my new computer which has Windows 7, microsoft office 2010. The files were created on a microsoft works 2003 spreadsheet. Is there a way I can make the file pages print out the same way they used to?

    Hi Challenged!

    Do you still have your old PC with Works on it? If so, you can open the Spreadsheets there and then simply save them in Excel format by using the “Save as” menu option.

    If you don’t, or if that’s too inconvenient, try the Microsoft Microsoft Works 6–9 File Converter to change them into a format that will then open in Office:-
