Additional notes

Keep your password database secure, but remember to back it up. If you believe that your password database has been stolen you should change your online passwords, starting with the most important. Although the database is encrypted it is possible (though extremely difficult and very time consuming) that an attacker could ‘brute force’ their way into your database by simply using software that repeatedly guesses at your password. If you find your PC has been compromised by malware that includes spyware or key logging components you should change your important passwords after removing the malware regardless of what password management system you use.
