Additional notes

Should you link your password manager and web browser? Some security experts believe that it is better to keep your password manager and web browser separate. The reason for this thinking is that if there is a serious vulnerability in your web browser, this could then potentially be exploited and used to gain access to your password manager through the browser plugin. However, linking a password manager with your browser can be extremely convenient and the risks are likely to be minimal. You will need to decide for yourself if tools like CromeIPass are for you. Regardless, you should always keep your operating system, web browser and any security software you use up to date.
