OneDrive Tutorial 2 – Using the OneDrive Desktop app

With the OneDrive (previously SkyDrive) desktop app, you can automatically synchronise a folder on your PC with a folder in your OneDrive account, and with other PCs or smartphones you have that are connected to the internet. Use this feature to backup your most important files, or synchronise them between your desktop PC and your laptop, for instance.

Windows 8 users – You cannot use the desktop OneDrive app detailed here, you must use the Windows 8 built-in OneDrive support. For more information see this tutorial.
